Shipping policy

  1. Shipping Rates

Orders of 50 or more: Free standard shipping.
Orders under 50: A flat rate of 5 will be added.

The shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on the order subtotal after discounts. Taxes and other fees are not included in the threshold calculation.

  1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

  1. Delivery Time and Area

We currently ship to all regions within our designated delivery area. Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Remote areas may take up to 10 business days.

  1. Order Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can also track your package in your Shopify account.

  1. Address Changes

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to change the address, email contact@phosupport.com within 1 hour of placing the order. Include your order number and the correct address. If the package has already been dispatched, an additional fee may apply.

  1. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at contact@phosupport.com within 24 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the outer packaging and the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

  1. Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for delays caused by holidays, weather, customs, or other events beyond our control. We will assist in tracking the package but cannot guarantee compensation for delays.
